On 16^th June, 2023; I wrote my first blog: I don’t have all the answers yet, with the intent to find a new pathway, search for the unanswered questions and emotions that unsettled my mind, like unwelcome guests. Now, with over two months into writing my blogs; with a viewership growing steadily each day, I have a new found energy and passion, feel blessed and encouraged to continue this pursuit and excitedly await to see, where this path leads me.

I may still not have discovered all the answers, but have got a calling. A calling to share my professional expertise in the field of training and leadership, which I have acquired over the years. The roadblocks I faced in my journey from an executive to a Senior Leader in the corporate world. Document all the challenges and techniques that helped me overcome it. This is my calling, an endeavor to help anyone, who may be in need and can learn and benefit from my journey.      

The priceless gems of knowledge could have not been acquired without the unrelenting support of the wonderful people in my life, my family, my mentors both personal and professional and the countless colleagues who have been part of my professional career.

On the auspicious day of Teacher’s Day, I would like to thank all of them for playing a pivotal role and instilling values that extend far beyond any theoretical academic course; believing in building strong characters. Wishing each one of them more power and may God bless them all!
