Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

There are no lazy days for mothers, there is always some corner of the house to be cleaned, demand for a light snack to be met, home work to be completed, an impromptu princess tea party to be attended, dance on the little one(s) tunes to be performed, an imaginative story to be told at bed-time. These are some of the many things mothers do for their children, which go unnoticed, until you become a mother yourself!

They may not seem productive monetarily; but, are the little things that make the bond between a mother and child most beautiful. Yes, I may lay in bed tired and exhausted, but the hugs and kisses and hearing her say, “I love you, mom”, makes it all worth it, at the end of the day.
