The White Rabbit – I’m Late!

Do you need time?

I am sure growing up, most of us must have read or watched the movie “Alice in Wonderland” the adaptation of Lewis Carroll’s classic novel “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.”

I relate most to the character of the The White Rabbit, who anxiously rushes past Alice and other characters muttering I’m late. His obsession with time and punctuality aptly reflects the often frantic pace of life in my Wonderland, where each day I engage in a relentless race against time, striving to complete the chores and tasks I have planned for the day. Often, this pursuit leaves me yearning for those crucial moments of relaxation and indulgence in simple pleasures that nourish my soul.

If I am honest and true to myself, I do not need more time, but need to relearn the techniques of better time management, something that I taught meticulously during my corporate training days.

I need to evenly spread out the tasks through the week so that I can make time to write, read and do things that my heart desires.

God has equally given us time, we all have the same amount of time in each day, regardless of our circumstances. It is up to us to decide how we use that time. The choice is ours. We can choose to let time slip by without doing anything meaningful, or we can choose to use it to create a life that is full of purpose and fulfillment.

Thank you for reading.

Have a blessed day!
