Step Forward In Faith

As I sit down to write today’s blog, a wave of uncertainty and self-doubt washes over me. A cloak of negativity surrounds my thoughts, and the fear of failure tempts me to abandon my efforts and relinquish what I’ve set out to achieve.

Yet, as I write my thoughts, I find myself navigating through these moments of insecurity. I’m actively seeking my inner strength, determined to once again walk in faith and guide this work toward the light. I won’t give up just yet.

In the past, the fear of judgment or intimidation from others did not sway me. So, why do my feet tremble now as I take a step forward?

Deep down, I know this is what I’m meant to do, something I genuinely enjoy. All I need to do is break through the dark clouds that weigh me down and find the inner light that will guide me through.

A sense of calmness prevails as I traverse through these myriad emotions, honestly acknowledging them. This acknowledgment gives me the strength to move forward in faith.

A sense of determination now fills me, with a small prayer on my lips:

“Lord, I want to do this, and I can do it, only if I step forward in faith, knowing that you will guide me on the way forward.”
