Yesterday’s daily prompt question ‘What does your ideal home look like’ got me thinking, so much so that I ended up missing the response timelines. What is ideal and who defines the standards? Is the physical space, which I share with my family – is that my home or the body in which my mind and soul dwells, is my true home.

While I dedicate significant time and energy in the upkeep of this physical living space, do I give enough time for the upkeep of my internal well-being, cleansing my thoughts, seeking clarity or validation on the way I lead my life.

After all the introspection, it dawned upon me that if I work on keeping my inner-self at peace, the outer physical space and world will automatically be ideal. And this can happen with the help of the almighty’s divine grace.

Thus with folded hands and utmost humility I ask for the His Grace to make my inner-being, my true home ideal, as per His Standards.
