Today, I feel like penning my thoughts and feelings in the form of a poem, I’ve not tried it in the past and not too sure if I’m any good at it, but it’s an honest attempt to test my skills. Do let me know what you think of it.
Mankind has been given the biggest power, the power of communicating through words
Which if used lovingly, we all cannot wait, for it to be heard.
If used erroneously, they possess the power of black magic,
Unknowingly, doing this to a loved one is tragic.
Tearing into one’s soul and shredding every ounce of their confidence,
We do it blindly, just to show our dominance.
This has to end; it has to stop with me and you,
Beginning with using words, which are pure and true.
Helping to build a healthy environment to raise conscious souls,
Will be achieved not alone but if God’s hand we choose to hold.
For he has the key to every lock,
He opens all doors and paves the way for us to walk.
