What things give you energy?

There are a lot of triggering elements that energizes me, pushes to keep going, not settle for mediocrity, to re-invent myself, try out something different or challenging.

First and foremost, it is my family, their love and faith is the biggest booster shot imaginable, especially my Puchki. At the moment, she is at a stage, where I have the most influence on her. She observes me closely and questions me constantly. This responsibility of nurturing a conscious and good soul, energizes me.

When I am feeling low, listening to a sermon of my God Mother, who was a source of unlimited divine wisdom and pure love, fills each pore of a drained body with revitalizing energy.

Music and a good workout does the trick too; filling my empty mind with bubbling energy and nowadays the passion for writing and reading blogs of my fellow bloggers; stimulates my mind, body and soul.
