Do you believe in karma?

Yes, I am a firm believer in the law of Karma. My views are not based on any religious doctrines. but derieved from what I have observed, heard and experienced in my life. 

Last year I heard an enlightened soul’s podcast where he said something really amusing and interestingly true. He said, if a person reads a couple of books on spirituality, he or she feels knowledgeable enough to author a book on it. Well, right now I have a similar feeling while writing this blog. I am writing on a topic which I have very little knowledge of and have not implemented in my life. Here goes nothing…        

I can attempt by sharing the example my aunt gave me, when I was a kid, to help me understand this concept. She said, now imagine you have gone to a restaurant and have ordered your meal. When the food arrives, you do not find it as interesting as the food served at the adjacent table. Well in this case, who is to be blamed? Me… because I placed the order, no one forced me to choose the items from the menu.

Similarly, the almighty has given eachone of us freewill, how we choose to use it at every moment of our life, shapes the trajectory of our this and next life. We cannot blame anyone else for our own misgivings, nor bask in the glory of our goodtimes. It is just balancing out of karmas.
